Introduction

The online arena serves as a platform for self-expression and representation, acting as a social and political sphere. Today, more than ever, we buy, sell, work, and interact through it.
As such, there is an obligation to provide the public with a browsing experience that is as enjoyable and easy as possible. We invest significant resources into making this website accessible to enable a seamless browsing experience for the general population and specifically for people with disabilities. Our guiding motto is “Human Dignity and Liberty,” a cornerstone of Israeli society, as we are all equal in rights and essence.

Using the Accessibility Component

This website incorporates the “enable” accessibility plugin, which assists in making the site accessible to people with disabilities. The website complies, as much as possible, with the requirements of the Equality of Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 5773-2013.

• Disable Animations: Button to disable flickering and/or moving elements on the screen.
• Monochrome: Button to enable black-and-white mode for the colorblind.
• Sepia: Button for a sepia (brownish) tone.
• High Contrast: Button to change to high contrast.
• Black & Yellow: Button for black and yellow color scheme.
• Invert Colors: Button to invert site colors.
• Highlight Headings: Button to clearly highlight all heading tags on the site.
• Highlight Links: Button to clearly highlight all links on the site.
• ALT Description (Hover): Button to display alternative descriptions for all images upon mouse hover.
• Permanent ALT Description: Button to display a permanent description of images on the site.
• Readable Font: Button to toggle use of a readable font.
• Increase Font Size: Button to enlarge site fonts.
• Decrease Font Size: Button to reduce site fonts.
• Zoom In (200%): Button to enlarge the entire display to approximately 200%.

• Reset: Button to cancel accessibility adjustments and reset.

• Language: Button to change the language of the toolbar and accessibility statement accordingly.

Additional Magnification:
In addition to the two types of magnification in the toolbar, you can use the following keyboard functions:
Esc: Opens and closes the accessibility toolbar.
Ctrl +: Enlarges the text on the site.
Ctrl -: Decreases the text on the site.
Ctrl 0: Returns the site to its original size.
Spacebar (SPACE): Scrolls the page down.
F11: Toggles full-screen mode.
